The Timeline Company provides a video analysis service that:

• Connects to your existing security camera systems
• Processes video footage using automated analysis
• Generates daily operational briefings delivered via email
• Provides event timelines and operational insights

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have legal authority to connect the camera systems to our service
• Your use of cameras complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and surveillance laws
• You have provided any required notices to employees, customers, or others who may be recorded
• You have obtained any necessary consents required by law

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Connect cameras in locations where recording is prohibited by law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Use our service to harass, stalk, or harm any person

5. Video Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your video footage. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your video solely for the purpose of providing our service.

5.2 Processing

We process your video footage using automated systems to detect events and generate reports. We do not manually review video footage except when necessary for technical support with your explicit consent.

5.3 Retention

Raw video footage is deleted within 24-48 hours after processing. Analyzed event data is retained according to your subscription plan.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel. We will notify you before charging your payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

Our service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Vulture Labs, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All events will be detected or reported accurately
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

Our service is designed to assist with operational awareness but should not be relied upon as a sole security or safety system.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VULTURE LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Losses arising from undetected events
• Damages arising from third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vulture Labs, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Your video content or camera placement

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to our service or other users
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.
